PPL workout - Legs

Yesterday session was all about legs and here’s the menu:

  • squats 5x25
  • Romanian deadlift 5x15
  • standing calves 3x30
  • seating calves 3x30
  • lateral lunges 4x20
  • glutes bridge 4x20
