Olá amigos. É simples... fazer desporto é saudável 🙂. E também podemos fazer desporto durante um dia de trabalho.Pode ser depois de acordar, saltando e esticando um pouco (5 a 10m).Pode ser no caminho para a escola/trabalho (5 a 10m).Pode ser no trabalho: andar, subir/descer escadas, transportar pesos,... (5 a 10m).Pode ser depois do almoço, andar um pouco, apanhar ar (5 a 10m).Pode ser no caminho de regresso para casa (5 a 10m).Pode ser depois do jantar, andar um pouco, ajuda a fazer a digestão (5 a 10m).Por isso, vamos todos fazer desporto. 😎😎Hoje trago-vos mais uma mistura de 3 fotos. Yes, it's not hard to get exercise. I think many people think too much about when they are going to schedule their exercise and how they're going to exercise. I just walk out my door or head to a trail! But I'm definitely motivated by the goal of getting my 10,000 steps! :-)
