Whatever happens, I must reach the finish line. My actifit report of 3/27/2025
After yesterday's hard work, I woke up with aches and pains all over my body, just like when you go to the gym and train hard.
However, there was no chance to recover, much less when from today until Saturday I have to work double shifts, so I will try to sleep a little more at night to help my body to rest.
As my little son didn't have classes today, I had to be with him at home and then at work, so I couldn't do my walks outside work, and I had to push myself a little more during the work day to get to the 10K today.
My diet has also changed a bit, I am eating solids only once a day, and the two additional meals are soups, creams or juices that keep me satisfied.
This, plus the 12+ hour fast since 6:00 pm, has made me feel lighter.

Luego del fuerte trabajo de ayer, amanecí con dolores en todo el cuerpo, tal cual pasa cuando vas al gimnasio y entrenas fuertemente.
Son embargo, no había chance de recuperarse, mucho menos cuando desde hoy hasta el sábado me toca trabajar doble turno, así que procuraré dormir un poco más en la noche para ayudar a mi cuerpo a descansar.
Como mi hijo pequeño no tuvo clases hoy, tocó estar con él en casa y luego en el trabajo, por lo que mis caminatas fuer del trabajo no las pude realizar, y tocó esforzarme un poco más durante la jornada laboral para llegar a los 10K de hoy.
Mi dieta también ha variado un poco, pues estoy comiendo sólidos una sola vez por día, y las dos comidas adicionales son sopas, cremas o jugos que me mantienen satisfecha.
Esto, además del ayuno de 12 horas o más desde las 6:00 pm, me han hecho sentirme más ligera.
