6 rounds of sweat and. 5 mile run. My Actifit Report Card: January 25 2022
After the workout, we saw a magnificent sight. I see God in the sky all the time. It is His canvas.
Our workout today we 6, 5 minute rounds with different amount of work each round.
The snatches were for single arm and were 35lbs. They ended up not being that bad. I was surprised. I think my jogging is helping me control my breathing.
I even finished with about a minute spare almost every round.
I got in a 5 mile run afterwards. The top if my right foot is hurting some today, but felt fine when I was about .75 mile in. Afterwards, google told me that may e it was overuse on going uphill? It could be. Almost 2 miles of my 5 miles is uphill. Maybe tomorrow I will walk the uphill portion and then jog on a flatter route for a few days.
