Happy March! I think it will be a good month for crypto. I say buy HIVE under 30 cents where it is now, but not investment advice!
I saw Emily Linge made a new music video a few days ago. Its a cover of Forever Young by Alphaville from the 80s. Emily is singing and playing acoustic guitar. A drum comes in along the way. The music is quite different from the original and I didn't appreciate her cover at first. But upon a second listen I heard the lyrics that I had never paid much attention to before. So I decided to feature this today.
Emily put up the video just 5 days ago and it already got 338K views! It is on its way to a half million.
Forever young, I want to be forever young!
Do you really want to live forever? Forever and ever?
Yes I do! If I am healthy and the world has not gone completely mad, then sure I do! I want to live today and tomorrow. If I'm healthy and rejuvenated to a youthful body and mind then why would I not want to live for a million more tomorrows? There is so much to learn and study and do and experience!

My Activity
today was pretty good but my number doesn't reflect it. I lifted my barbells doing curls and bent rows. I lifted one set of dumbbells doing arm raises. Then I used heavier dumbbells for bent rows. I used the medium weight dumbbells for military presses.
I warmed up for that stuff by riding my bike but not for very long. It was warm out but pretty windy.
At night I did take my daily nightly walk but I didn't go that far. It was still windy out and looked like it might rain any second.
That's all for now. Let's all hope for good things for ourselves and others this March. Let us actually do what we can for ourselves and others this month. Let's live and love, now and Forever!
