My Actifit Report Card: January 12 2025 - Music From Dominik Dudek
YouTube recommended this Live music video to me the other day. The guy singing and playing guitar is Dominik Dudek. I believe he is in Poland. I think the lady is his wife or girlfriend. The band adding additional background instruments is Chochla Band.
So the song is kind of cool. Each singer has a nice voice and the music is catchy and upbeat. The chorus is, where you gonna sleep tonight, and I think that can mean different things to different people.
This video is from back in November and it has over 265K views. The Dominik Dudek YouTube channel has 33.7K subscribers.

Here is another Dominik Dudek video. It is a fun home made film of Dominik and his girl as they do lots of cool and romantic things. It is obvious that this is a strong couple with lots of love!
This video from 6 months ago got tons of views, 2.7 Million to be exact! The vocals are in Polish so I don't know what they are saying, but the video itself has my attention so I'm not paying much attention to the singing, although the music is pretty good.
My Activity
today was varied. I started by helping a family member move some stuff around his house. This entailed some weightlifting type of activity as well as stair climbing as the moving was from the second floor to the first floor and the reverse as well.
I did get my daily nightly walk in. Again the full moon was almost directly overhead so I was able to see my path clearly by the light of the silvery moon. Again it was freezing out there and there was a little ice left but I avoided it. The ski jacket kept me warm. I went fairly far and got a decent count of over 8K today!
