My Actifit Report Card: August 6 2024

Hoy dormí bastante poco debido a que vino parte de mi familia, hacian un poco de ruido en la sala y me desperté, me desperté estirando y haciendo algunas paradas de manos en mi cuarto para activarme, tambien tomé un poco de sol al estirar.
Me ocupé un rato y en la tarde fui a casa de mi mejor amigo en bici para vender unos guayos aunque al final no los pudimos vender, llegué y comi un poco y me fui de nuevo a comprar un mouse ya que el mío se dañó, tambien fui en bici y a esa hora que fui el clima estaba bastante agradable, luego llegué a mi casa a tomar café y vestirme para ir a entrenar.

Today I slept very little because some of my family came over, they made some noise in the living room and I woke up, I woke up stretching and doing some handstands in my room to get active, I also got some sun while stretching. I got busy for a while and in the afternoon I went to my best friend?s house on my bike to sell some shoes although in the end we couldn?t sell them, I arrived and ate a little bit and I went again to buy a mouse since mine was damaged, I also went on my bike and at that time the weather was quite nice, then I arrived home to drink coffee and get dressed to go to train.

Empezó a llover, asi que esperé que bajara un poco la lluvia para irme a entrenar al venoil, fui lloviendo pero ya no estaba lloviendo tan fuerte, llegué al venoil a hacer mi rutina de jalón y frontlever, tambien hice algunos mortales y trate algunas personas nuevas en el venoil, tenia como una hora entrenando y @chiqui-sw me envió que estaba cerca del venoil asi que lo espere en una calle cerca de su casa para irnos a entrenar un poco más y esperar a @diego-333, terminamos de entrenar un poco tarde y volvi a mi casa a comer y tambien a hacer unos pequeñas series de curl de biceps.

It started to rain, so I waited for the rain to come down a little bit to go train at the venoil, it was raining but it wasn't raining so hard anymore, I got to the venoil to do my pull up and frontlever routine, I also did some deadlifts and tried some new people at the venoil, I had been training for about an hour and @chiqui-sw sent me that he was near the venoil so I waited for him in a street near his house to go to train a little more and wait for @diego-333, we finished training a little late and I went back to my house to eat and also to do some small series of biceps curl.
