My Actifit Report Card: April 21 2025 : Easter Monday

Hello Amigos

A warm welcome to my actifit report for Monday, 21st April 2025.

I didn't have to worry about Monday again this week because it happens to be a free day from going to work.

Believe me, I love and enjoyed this long weekend, I wish for a quick redo😁

My day started with me in a happy and grateful mood.

I was strong enough to do my normal routine house chores in addition to fetching water.

I cooked pasta and ate.
This is me cooking and eating something after some days now.

I have been doing tea and bread because that was what I could comfortably eat.

I am glad I am fine now, and I can really tell the difference from before.

I was too excited to walk around, I did and landed at the supermarket.

Please don't ask me how.
It just happened

I just casually walked around admiring the new price increase of products.

Nice products, they restocked their supermarket 🤔

And yes, I picked a few things.

When to the counter to pay and removed most things again.

I finally left the supermarket with a bag of goods.

Isn't it wonderful............there is a song like that 🤔

I came back and picked up my skipping rope.

I needed to exercise the pains of price increase without hurting myself.

I skipped for quite a while before turning up my music player on my mp3 and danced.

I needed some calms and happiness.

It was great and I had fun with these things ☺️

It was night already so fast.
Why?

My nieces and nephews, my joy givers, gave me some laughs and happy moments later when I chatted with them.

There visit story isn't over as each day has something to remember and talk about.
I am glad they enjoyed their stay at home.
