My Actifit Report Card: October 7 2023 : I Am Alive Challenge
Hello Everyone.
A humble welcome to my actifit report for Saturday 7th October, 2023.
I started my day with the normal routine house chores, but a bit extra chores because it's Saturday.
My Saturday wasn't really a fun and happening one.
But I didn't know when time flew so fast, maybe it was when I was stretching my hair.
Not really sure, but it was evening already in no time.
I had to step outside, see outside to feel alive.
Natural breeze is good to the mental health.
Incase, you don't know.
Evening walk, where you embrace the cool breeze helps set the mind straight and normal.
So, I enjoyed my evening walk therapy.
But it can be unpleasant when you meet someone that annoys you.
I never should have taken that route, because anything that will complicate my therapy won't be appreciated.
But funny enough I was able to chest it😂😂
These are the words one of my friends normally use.
He will be like “I know you will chest this”, meaning I will be able to overcome it or better still be able to bear it and survive.
Well I did😁
I came back feeling much better, therapy went well😅
Ended my day with completing some offline and online activities.
That's it for my Saturday.
