Took today off from working out as I usually do every Wednesday and it also was a welcomed break for my aching heel.

With that said, I’ll be back under the orange lights tomorrow at 5am in the morning getting a great Orangetheory Fitness session in before a full day at the office.

Today at work was our Team Holiday Luncheon as well as our own version at a tree lighting event.

Today was a perfect day to get away from my desk and take advantage of extra walks to generate my @actifit points.
