My Actifit Report Card: August 1, 2024

Yesterday I logged 5,558 steps on @actifit, roughly half of my daily 10K step goal. Majority of my steps were logged at the dog park in the morning with Scarlett. She enjoyed running around playing with some new friends. In the afternoon, I got home to see my duck Tokyo was not doing well. Her health was deteriorating over the last 8 months or so, but last night she decided it was time to go. She passed away peacefully wrapped up beside me in her bed. Never thought a man could be so upset about losing a duck, but here I am. Above is one of her last photos. Rest in peace Tokyo 🦆

I am so sorry to hear about Tokyo's passing. Losing a beloved pet is never easy, and it is clear she was cherished and loved. Take care of yourself during this difficult time!
