My Actifit Report Card: August 20, 2023

Yesterday I logged 10,671 steps on Actifit, roughly 670 steps more than my daily 10K step goal. I spent the morning outside with the ducks and the dogs before going down to visit my parents for dinner. We had some delicious Buffalo Chicken Tenders from Archie Moores. Yesterday was also the legendary Ron Paul’s birthday! Above is a photo of me with Ron at the 2021 Bitcoin Conference in Miami, Florida. Ignore the Serum hat… 😅
