it rained, as i was in the grocery buying for the weekly provision, it rained.
i brought my umbrella with me, i felt some droplets going to the store.
but i was not expecting this heavy downpour.
that came as a shock, i was planning to be a nightwalker later in the night but with this heavy rain, i guess that is no longer happening.
although i have an umbrella, i waited long outside the store for the rain to at least die down a bit.
the wind was so strong and you could clearly see big drops of water.
scary!
as if i'll dissolve in it.
but together with the rain was lightning and thunder.
that was the scary part.
as the rain was pretty bad, i went to the gym instead for some cardio session.
@coinjoe have suggested to use the elliptical before so i could prevent more injury to my previously harmed knee, now is the perfect time to do that.
i started with some "fat burning" setting, the machine asked for my weight and how long i was planning to do the machine, before it went with the plan.
i must have set the level too high, it was quite a work out.
i had more sweat than when doing the treadmill walks: probably also because the machine was in an area where the air-conditioning couldn't reach.
i had to stop the machine after 30 minutes and changed course.
this time, i tried the "interval training", at least i had some rests between high intensity weights.
this i did for another 40 minutes before i finished it all.
the elliptical was rather hard, although i had the same intensity level as my treadmill walks, this was more sweat inducing.
i was wet when i went home.
back in the house before all of this fiasco, i had some baking experiment, probably this caused my somewhat erratic behavior: or even my guilt to do more minutes of training.
i had an overripe banana, crushed it, added in some cocoa powder and peanut butter, mixed and baked.
i have been testing this out for the past bananas i had, but i still have not perfected the cooking.
i added some sugar and a pinch of salt this time, hopefully that will give it some sweetness.
i was only using a microwave oven, perhaps the oven function had some problems for 30 minutes of baking under 200C was still not enough.
or perhaps, i needed to cool it down first before eating, i am really not sure.
the insides were still wet, i did the stick test and yes it was still wet.
i baked it for another 10 minutes until i gave up and gobbled whatever output i had, i was satisfied though.
could the baking experts give some advice?
i guess baking is not something i could do for a living.
