My Actifit Report Card: March 4 2025
Amigos Hivers! Espero todos estén bien mis amigos, me reporto hoy ya después de estar varios días ausente por acá pero he estado últimamente entrenando fuertemente después que salgo de mi trabajo y ya al llegar a mi casa uno de ocupa y se le pasa publicar pero es como todo uno siempre puede sacar tiempo. Yo siempre he dicho que: querer es poder, cada vez que nos enfoquemos y mantengamos una disciplina todo se nos puede dar porque realmente pensamos que lo haremos, hoy en día me siento muy bien con mis actividades físicas tanto el ciclismo y ahora la calistenia.
El sentirse bien consigo uno mismo es algo que es fundamental en la vida cotidiana, cuando empiezas algo que te apasiona y quieres pues no necesitas motivación, tu cuerpo mismo te empujará a aquello que anhelaste al principio y yo hoy comparto con ustedes que desde que empezó el año he estado entrenando de 3 hasta 5 días por semana, aveces menos pero es que como tengo 2 trabajos y deberes en la casa que s nos complica en ocasiones pero está en nosotros esa devoción de seguir y seguir siempre que se pueda.
Me disculpan que no tome fotos, es que fui solo a trotar primero y después a las barras entonces ya de noche y en sitio que voy es algo clandestino que no cuenta con tanta iluminación.
Friends Hivers! I hope everyone is well my friends, I report today and after being absent here for several days but I have been training hard lately after I leave work and when I get home one of me occupies and misses to publish but it's like everything one can always make time. I have always said that: wanting is power, every time we focus and maintain a discipline everything can be given to us because we really think we will, today I feel very good with my physical activities both cycling and now calisthenics.
Feeling good about yourself is something that is fundamental in everyday life, when you start something that you are passionate about and want because you don't need motivation, your body itself will push you to what you longed for at the beginning and today I share with you that since the beginning of the year I have been training from 3 to 5 days a week, sometimes less but it is that as I have 2 jobs and homework in the house that is sometimes complicated but it is in us that devotion to continue and continue whenever possible.
They're sorry I didn't take pictures, it's just that I went alone to jog first and then to the bars then at night and in the place I go it's something clandestine that doesn't have so much lighting.
