PPL workout - PULL
Hey there !
I did some serious pull session yesterday, would be a shame not to share it ;)
Plus some good steps added to that.
On the menu:
- assisted one arm pull-ups 8x3-6 (4 sets each arm)
- regular pull-ups 5x6-8
- L-sit chin-ups 5x8-10
- high pulls 5x12-15
- biceps curls 5x8-10
