PPL workout - Legs
Hey Actifiters !
Again missing the deadline but worry not, I didn’t skip legs day :D
On the menu yesterday:
- regular squats 5x25
- static lunges 5x30 (15 each leg)
- standing calves 4x30
- straight legs deadlift 5x20
- sitting calves 4x25
- inverted good morning 5x15 (just made up this name, I can explain for those interested ;)

I have to start working on my legs more, I'm always too tired after work and want to let them rest after all the steps they do. (getting old)
I’m working in front of a computer so I definitely need that to work on my chicken legs 😁
But I totally understand if you already step a lot during the day, you don’t feel training legs specifically, it’s seriously draining. Once in a while maybe ;)
