     En este fin de semana quiero compartirles mi reporte del día que estuvo lleno de motivación y energía, en esta ocasión realice calistenia, ya que es una excelente forma de mejorar la fuerza y la resistencia sin necesidad de peso que por lo general puede hacerlo cualquier persona.

This weekend I want to share with you my report of the day that was full of motivation and energy, this time I did calisthenics, since it is an excellent way to improve strength and endurance without the need for weights that can usually be done by anyone.



     Decidí realizar mi entrenamiento en ayunas para optimizar el rendimiento y la quema de grasa, ya que, personalmente, he encontrado que entrenar en ayunas me proporciona una mayor energía y me ayuda a alcanzar mis objetivos más rápidamente.

I decided to do my training on an empty stomach to optimize performance and fat burning, since, personally, I have found that training on an empty stomach gives me more energy and helps me achieve my goals more quickly.



     Mi rutina del día estuvo enfocada en fortalecer las piernas y el tren superior para potenciar mi rendimiento deportivo, comenzando con una caminata vigorosa hacia el parque de los bloques para activar mis músculos y preparar mi cuerpo para los ejercicios más complejos. Luego, realicé un trote ligero de 10 minutos en las instalaciones de calistenia para elevar mi ritmo cardíaco y aumentar la temperatura corporal, lo cual ayuda a prevenir lesiones.

My routine for the day was focused on strengthening my legs and upper body to enhance my sports performance, starting with a vigorous walk to the block park to activate my muscles and prepare my body for the more complex exercises. Then, I did a light 10-minute jog at the calisthenics facilities to raise my heart rate and increase body temperature, which helps prevent injuries.



     Después del calentamiento, me concentré en los ejercicios que más me desafían: las sentadillas explosivas y las zancadas en caminante, realizando 4 series de 10 repeticiones de cada uno, logrando múltiples beneficios como los son de fortalecer los cuádriceps, los isquiotibiales y los glúteos, sintiendo cómo mis piernas ardían con cada movimiento, pero terminando muy contento por lograr mejorar más la potencia y la coordinación.

After warming up, I focused on the exercises that challenge me the most: explosive squats and walking lunges, performing 4 sets of 10 reps of each, achieving multiple benefits such as strengthening the quads, hamstrings and glutes, feeling my legs burn with each movement, but ending up very happy to have managed to improve my power and coordination even more.



     Para finalizar mi rutina realicé los ejercicios del tren superior, incluyendo los fondos en paralelas y los fondos en barra fija. Siendo estos excelentes para desarrollar la fuerza del pecho, los hombros y los tríceps, teniendo buenos resultado de volumen y tonificación en este día.

To finish my routine, I performed the upper body exercises, including parallel bar dips and dips on a fixed bar. These are excellent for developing strength in the chest, shoulders and triceps, having good results in volume and toning on this day.
