Hello, there! How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. It's actifit report number 1214. It's also the Alive & Thriving report on Oct 16, 2024.

There was a forecast for rain the whole day. There were heavy and thick clouds as well. But, we didn’t get any rain in our part of Oman. However, there were reports of heavy rains in other parts. Finally, after 9 pm, we had a little drizzle!

After heavy rains, we get flash floods in Oman quite frequently. Hence, the authority sends alarm messages frequently to stay away from low-lying areas. We were expecting something like that but nothing happened so far!

On Wednesday, I consulted a little over 30 patients in my chamber. So, it was an average busy day at work. I had a good number of Bangladeshi patients on Wednesday. Besides medicines, they get a chance to express all of their feelings in their mother tongue!

At home, I skipped the morning sleep. However, I had a short afternoon nap. At night, after having a light dinner, I played with my kid for a while. We went to bed just after 11 pm.

Okay. That's all for now. I am Alive, Healthy, and Thriving, Alhamdulillah. How about you?

I kept looking at the flags, there is no wind in Oman, it has been blowing here for a couple of days, so hard my husband can not go fishing. Enjoy the calm weather.
