Today I had two walks, one in the morning and one in the afternoon completing the goal of 10,000 steps.

The picture I share with you is from the street where I went to the dentist to get my teeth fixed.

You got 10,000 steps and a dentist visit in one day, good efficiency man. I hope the dental work wasn’t too rough, some of the times it's very painful leaving me with headaches, of it was painful at least you got a good walk out of it
