It was relatively warm this morning and a good day for walking.

I was running low on tissue paper stock, so I decided to go buy some. Many drugstores in the neighborhood seem to open at 9:00.

The air was cool, but not as cold as yesterday & the day before (yesterday there was even a sprinkle of sleet!). It was pleasant to walk around.

By the way, this year's physical examination, I thought the period for taking it was until the end of October this year. I thought, “I forgot to take it again this year... must take it next year.”

However, a few days ago, when I was sorting through my papers, I found a physical examination ticket in a drawer. Looking at the expiration date, I found that I could receive the service until the end of March next year. It seems that the end of October is for National Health Insurance, and the expiration date is different for Company Health Insurance. I was on National Health Insurance until last fall, so it seems I was confused😅

I just found out that I can still take the physical this year, so I'm thinking of trying to lose weight again😅 Of course, I could take it right now and get a warning about my weight from the doctor. And it is one way to use that as a springboard to go on a diet. But I don't want to be told anything if I can help it...

I've had my weight pointed out a few times in the past during pregnancy checkups, but it only made me uncomfortable depending on how the doctor put it. planning to see the doctor around early to mid March, and I'd like to lose about 3 kg by then. Maybe 1 kg a month would be healthy?

I won't be going back to my parents' house this year, so I don't have to worry about overindulging in feasts by my mother during the holiday season. Okay, I'll do my best!

Using the drugstore points I had accumulated, I was able to buy tissue paper at a discounted price 🥰 It was a nice sunny day outside and I was able to take a refreshing walk.

Well, well. Today I decided to go part-time for 3 hours starting at 6pm. There was an opening for a shift at the store, so I applied through the smartphone app... Isn't this system very convenient? I usually work until closing time, but today's shift ends at 9:00 p.m., so I guess it's less of a burden. I'll still have time to linger and play a bit when I get home.

However, I have to prepare dinner for my family early, so I will be a little busy after this.

今朝は比較的暖かく、ウォーキング日和でした。

ティッシュペーパーの在庫が残り少なくなっていたので、買いに行くことに。近隣のドラッグストアは、9時開店のところが多いようです。

空気はひんやりとしていましたが、昨日&一昨日のように冷たくはなく(昨日はみぞれが振るほどでした!)歩いていて気持ち良い。

そういえば今年の健康診断ですが、10月末までだと思い込んでいて、また今年も受け忘れてしまった… 来年こそは受けなくては、と思っていました。

ところが書類を整理していたところ受診券が見つかり、有効期限を見てみると、来年の3月末まで受けられることがわかりました。どうやら10月末というのは国保の場合で、社保の場合は有効期限が違ったみたいです。去年の秋までは国保だったので、勘違いしてたみたいです。

今年の健康診断をまだ受けられると分かったところで、改めて減量をがんばろうかなと😅いま受けて体重を注意される→それをバネにダイエットを頑張る!というのもひとつの方法ではありますが、できれば何も言われたくないし…

過去に妊婦健診で何度か体重を指摘されたことがありましたが、テンション下がるだけだったので。3月頭〜半ばくらいに受診する計画にして、それまでに3キロくらいを目標に減らしたいと思います。1ヶ月に1キロくらいなら、健康的にいけるかな?

今年は実家への帰省もしないので、年末年始の「美味しいもの」攻撃を喰らう心配もありませんし。がんばろう!

貯まってきたドラッグストアのポイントを使って、ティッシュペーパーは割引価格で買えました🥰外は気持ちよく晴れていて、清々しいお散歩ができました。

さてさて。今日は18時から3時間だけ、パートに行くことにしました。シフトが空いていたのでアプリから応募してみたんです(便利!)。普段は閉店までですが、21時で終われるから負担も少ないかな。帰ってもまだ少しダラダラ遊ぶ時間もありそうだし。

ただ、早めに晩ご飯の支度をしなければならないので、この後ちょっとバタバタしそうです。

Holiday season is upon us. It's really hard to lose weight this time of the year. I am also "trying" to lose weight but come what may 😆 We can do this lol
