My Actifit Report Card: September 3 2023

I had skipped walking during July and August because of the extreme heat. However, when I went outside today, I noticed that once the sun went down, it became somewhat cooler. I do sweat when I walk, though.

I'd rather walk at night than during the day, but with night walks it's a bit too dark to take good pictures to post. So today I'll post a picture of a cucumber side dish I've eaten a lot this summer instead.

As I've mentioned here several times, I've gained a lot of weight in the past few months... I'm probably about 10 kg over my best weight (the weight I feel comfortable at). I'm hoping to get back to at least the same as last year by the time of my physical... I don't want to have my weight pointed out!

My husband was diagnosed as "pre-metabolic" at his physical last year. Recently I looked in the mirror and noticed that my belly is getting closer to my husband's. I may not be able to make fun of my husband's belly soon.

There is a saying that "husband and wife are mirrors." If that is true, then if I lose weight, will my husband lose weight too?

Anyway, I would like to start by charging my smartwatch, which has been sitting in a drawer for a long time now.

7月、8月中は猛暑を理由にウォーキングをサボっていましたが、今日外に出てみたところ、日が沈めば多少は涼しい季節になっていることに気がつきました。といっても、歩けば汗は出てきますが。

ウォーキングは昼よりも夜にしたいけど、夜ウォークだと暗くて良い写真を撮れないのがちょっと困ります。今日はこの夏よく食べた蛇腹きゅうりの写真で。

HIVEにも何度か書いてきた通り、ここ数ヶ月で体重が結構大変なことになっていて… ベスト体重(自分で楽だと感じる体重)からは、たぶん10キロくらいオーバーしているんじゃないかと思います。せめて健康診断までに昨年と同じくらいには戻したいんです…体重を指摘されたくない!

去年健康診断を受けたのは結構期限ギリギリで、10月の末でした。そこから5キロほど増えています。。もう今年もギリギリの10月末に受けることにして、何とか2ヶ月で5キロ落としたいです。

夫は昨年の健診で「メタボ予備軍」と指摘されました。以前からお腹が気になるなーとは思っていましたが、最近鏡を見て、自分のお腹も夫のお腹に近づいてきていることに気づきました。そろそろ夫のお腹を馬鹿にできないかも・・・


「夫婦は鏡」というのなら、私が痩せれば夫も痩せるんでしょうか?

とにかく、このところ引き出しの中にしまったままになっていたスマートウォッチを充電するところから始めたいと思います。

きゅうりの漬物大好きです。おいしそう〜。

私も去年ピークに体重が増加していて、さすがに気分が悪いくらい体が重たい感じがしていました。胆石をきっかけに食事ができなくて体重がかなり落ちましたが…。病気で体重が落ちるのは体力も気力も落ちるので良くないですね。

体重そのものよりも、お腹が出るのはイヤですよね〜。やっぱり健康的に痩せたいですよね。しまりたい?と言った方が良いのでしょうか。そろそろ猛暑が落ち着いてウォーキングが気持ちよくなる天候になってくればいいですね!

運動で体重を落とすのと、体調不良で体重が落ちるのとは違いますもんね… 私も健康的に痩せたいのですが、運動が嫌い過ぎて困っています。。でも、そろそろそんなことを言っている場合じゃないかも😅ひとまずスマートウォッチ充電できたので、モチベーションを維持しながら頑張りたいです。

そうそう「しまりたい」まさにそれです🤣🤣

I also want to lose weight. Because of corona and not exercising, my weight increased to 20kg. I would like to be back on track 🥲 but it’s so 難しい! 🥲

Let's work hard together🤣🤣If I have fitness friends in HIVE, I may be able to keep going even though I hate exercise.

This cucumber side dish is easy! It requires a few seasonings, but they are all easily available in Japan.

If I could help my husband lose weight by losing weight myself, that would be great!

Yes, I found this on YouTube and it looked yummy so I made it. I couldn't cut it as good as the video, but it was delicious.
