Sunny Sunday - Alive And Thriving - Actifit: August 13, 2023

On my Sunday it was warm and sunny with no rain in sight, and still quite humid, so that made you sweat quite easily, and I got a few pictures from the park in the afternoon.
In the day I rested up and relaxed for a while as I needed it, and then I went on Hive in the evening, where I completed all daily tasks in fairly good time before bed, which was great.
This is my participation in the #POLIAC competition run by @poliac aka @browery, and my participation in #MAcFiT from @macfit aka @merthin.
