Sunday Refreshment………My Actifit Report Card: February 9 2025

Happy Sunday everyone! Sundays are my favorite day of the week as we get to go to church which is always inspiring. Today was no exception! This church body is special and I’m reminded every Sunday of that. 😇

After church, I did a bit of reading and once @silvertop got off of the stationary bike, I hopped on for a bit. Once he was done with firewood, we headed out for a refreshing hike. It’s was cold but not too bad and the sun was shining! It made for an enjoyable hike. Jan came with.

We went up to the pond and she and I turned back as @silvertop headed on up to the off grid cabin. I didn’t have gators on to deal with the snow plus I didn’t really want to go that far anyway.

Once home, I made a mug of organic green tea. It tasted lovely. I rekindled the wood stove fire and sat down to read a little more. I was about to text @silvertop when he texted me asking for a coffee.

After making coffees, I sat down to see about photos for my post tonight.

A couple of weeks ago, my iPhone had a systems update. I had noticed a new icon on my screen called ‘playground’. I’d already played around a bit on my Mac Air, but not much, so I decided to give the phone’s version a go.

Playground is Apple’s AI version. The first thing I asked for was mountains on a starry night. This is what Playground AI generated.

Next, I took a picture of Cot and asked for a kitty using the starry night description with sunglasses. This was the result.

For my third request, I asked for kittens in the mountains with snow and winter hats on. Playground generated this.

All were nicely done.

I will say that thus far, with the 3 AI apps I’ve played around with, for more realistic images, Grok wins hands down. For more whimsical type images, both Artist.AI and Playground are pretty equal however I find Playground to be easier to work with from the start. Just my opinion for what it’s worth. If I try any further AI apps in the future, I’ll show you what I find out about them. It’s kind of fun to explore things I might not normally would. 😎

Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed. If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble. Likewise, two people lying close together can keep each other warm. But how can one be warm alone? A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken.
