Pumpkin Explosion! 🎃🎃🎃………My Actifit Report Card: September 17 2024

Today was the day! @actifit-lamb was so excited she climbed up in bed this morning jumping up and down to get me to wake up! She was ready to take all those pumpkins we got on Saturday and decorate! Me, well I wasn’t even conscious let alone awake! 🎃 I eventually crawled out of bed, showered, made coffee and sat to drink that while she impatiently tapped her hoof in exasperation because she thought I was taking an extraordinary amount of time, lol! Oh the impatience of youth! 😁

So out we headed to strategically situate all 20 pumpkins.

She was very specific how she wanted them often having me rearrange what she’d had me put in place!

She had me put little groupings at the front door; on the front porch; at the base of the old growth cedar tree in the front yard.

Here’s a look up that tree.

Then we went to the lamppost for another grouping.

At her insistence, I went digging around in her plastic container of possessions looking for scarecrows and whatnot.

THEN, she insisted we needed more scarecrows and accessories. I told her if we got the chance, we’d see what the Dollar Tree had to offer. We did end up going and discovered that they have added lines of merchandise that are $3, $4, and $5 now. They had already done this with food a bit ago, but now it is in all of it. Maybe they should change the name to Dollars Store! Anyway, they did have 60” scarecrows much cheaper than the big box stores, so we got a couple of those along with some other fall decorations. @actifit-lamb was very happy when she saw what we got. We do have to save that additional decorating for another day though. Tomorrow will begin the rest of my workweek so there’s no time left to do it now. She is patiently waiting!🐑
