It's Friday Eve!......My Actifit Report Card: May 4 2023
It’s Friday Eve! 🤩
Tomorrow is Friday and one of the most anticipated days (maybe next to going on vacation) of the week! I know I look forward to it! 😎👍
Work was quiet compared to appointment days. I had a double first time contact lens training scheduled for early afternoon. I was busy with paperwork and orders prior to that time.
The appointed time came and only one gal had arrived. So we waited 5 minutes and then began without her. My patient had some anxiety about the contacts, but I was able to help her calm down and she did just great. She was very happy. I half expected the other girl to show up later on, but she never did. I figure that if a person can’t take responsibility to get themselves there without reminders, then maybe they might not really be ready to have contacts and the responsibility that goes with that. I’d rather she have healthy eyes, than mistreat them and have problems.
The balance of the afternoon was more paperwork, phone calls, orders, etc. Tomorrow, we are once again, fully booked.

My son just got it first contacts the other day. He was quite anxious and struggled with them initially. He seems to be getting used to them now. I have never tried and been satisfied with my glasses. I think its the thought of something stuck in my eye!
