Kitty Jack-O-Lanterns, Oh My!...My Actifit Report Card: October 30 2022

Yes, it’s Halloween 👻 Eve! Are you ready for tomorrow? But first, today’s journey!
We started out headed for church. ⛪️ The sermon was a finish on the parable of the Prodigal Son.
After church, ⛪️ we continued working on the cable channel on the right side of the church. As soon as we get the speaker cable repaired, then we’ll finish the other side. @silvertop will solder on a new 1/4” jack to replace the broken one.
Once home , 🏡 I painted the back side of the sound cart. It turned out nice but I think I’ll add a second coat tomorrow. Then we headed out for a hike in the pouring rain! ☔️ Jan came with.
The first picture is of the kitty 🐈⬛ Jack-o-lanterns that met us at the driveway to the tiny house. They were cute! ( it may be the last pic as it’s not showing up in the right order!)
We headed on up, and it didn’t take long to decide we weren’t going to the off grid cabin after all! ☔️☔️☔️ we all had raincoats on and since I don’t like hats 🎩 I even had an umbrella 🌂 It was just raining 🌧️- a LOT!
One of our neighbors has a burning 🔥 bush that is just reaching its peak color.
A very soggy hike for sure! Once home 🏡 I changed clothes as my jeans 👖 were wet to the knees. Dripping wet!
I guess that’s gonna be it for now. This coming week, we prepare for our grand-dog to come visit for three weeks while her humans take a trip to Hungary 🇭🇺 Our poor kitties 🐈⬛ don’t know what a d-o-g is, so this might be quite an interesting 3 weeks! 🙀🙀🙀

Looks like a lot of rains there. Do the rain flows from above?
They do; we get rain from the flow down the mountains as well as the groundwater we have from the rain, so it builds up quickly.
Ohh. I once saw water flowing in the mountains but everything is concrete. It's scary.
