¡Hola comunidad de #Actifit! Hoy comparto un nuevo informe sobre mi entrenamiento en el parque con mis compañeros. 😁

La rutina incluyó que cada uno propusiera dos ejercicios, creando así una sesión equilibrada donde todos contribuimos con lo que consideramos más relevante.

Hello #Actifit community! Today I'm sharing a new report on my workout in the park with my partners. 😁

The routine included everyone coming up with two exercises, creating a balanced session where we all contributed what we felt was most relevant.
