Happy Friday Actifiters!

It has been a tough week for me to get much exercise in. The weather has been very windy, rainy and cold. Quite a few days I wasn't really able to do much. However, today there was a little bit of a break midday where the sun even came out for a bit. So I took that opportunity to take a little break and get out and stretch my legs.

It sure was nice to get out and be active. It's always so good to refresh my mind, mood and body. I guess I just need to start bundling up and bringing an umbrella with me to work so I can walk even if the weather is not good 🙂

There's still a few leaves holding on, but most of the trees have dropped, especially with all the wind that we had this past week still makes for a beautiful photo in a different sort of setting.
