Teardown Tuesday!

Today I took a half day to help at my church with a remodel project. It was nice to do something helpful plus it was great for my activity level. I cleared 9k steps before noon today! Then of course I spent the rest of the day working which means I was at my desk the rest of the day. At least I got my activity in today.

What's Watson up to today? Just following me around, what a good puppy :)
