What's missing & Actifit November 18 2024

This meal is a quick version inspired from two traditional Romanian dishes, one being a "melt" made from fresh pork meat rendered down in its own fat and some sausages, served with fried eggs and sour sheep cheese, the other being pork greaves, I think is the term, served the same way. But of course, something important is missing here. Who can guess what's missing from this combo?

Ohh, that's one thing I didn't think of, more meat should be a correct answer to many questions. :)) What I don't have in those images is a side dish of pickles. :))
