My Actifit Report Card: February 21 2025
Just barely made the 5k activity level on my way to the bedroom to go to bed for the night. I had looked earlier and told myself that I would need more steps but soon forgot about it.
Good thing I checked before ending my day otherwise I would have missed out on reporting it. I need to get more steps per day but it is very hard for me to do. No clue why. Just don’t.

One way you could increase your steps would be to challenge yourself each day to go 100 or 500 past the prior day's step count. Over time, you would increase and maybe not even notice it!

that is a great idea. I get so busy during the day I do not look at my count.
I have the same problem on some days. I use a FitBit, which helps. Take care and enjoy!
