Woodman in if we let go of Leno

Adam Ramsdale has been an absolute revelation for Arsenal since signing for $30 million, a free I thought was far too much but he has proven worth every pound and then some. We've been longing for a reliable keeper since Peter Cech and even he had his rocky moments since we got him late into his career.

Leno was supposed to be the ideal replacement and started strong but he kept getting injured and constantly making mistakes that cost us games and of course points. He didn't have the best defense in front of him to be fair but he was also at fault many times.

Ramsdale has clearly become number 1 and Leno will have to be moved on, so we would need someone to support and push Ramsdale. I don't think any of the keepers we have no offer that sort of competition and we would have to look elsewhere.

Leno is valued at around 16 million while Alex Runarsson we could bag 4-5 million for him and buy someone new. Even before signed Ramsdale I was keen on Woodman, he would cost around $10 million and he seems a good young English keeper.

He's found his place hard to come by in the magpies' team of late with Martin Dubravka and Karl Darlow preferred to him and I am pretty sure he would be an upgrade on Runarsson.
