• I just love the interior of this place.

• everyone was talking about how they know everything they were gathering in one place and every single person said they know they know. Then I walk into the conversation and said "It's funny how everyone says they know everything but no one here is Rich lol 😂😂"

Half of them laugh and half of them don't really like what I said lol 😂😂😂 but to me it was so funny 🤣 tough crowd 🤣

Personally I feel like I don't know anything because you see all of my friends are going up in life while I'm here just a head waiter I was a manager and I thought I'm king now but the reality so many other managers out there I can't even reach near their level the level of intelligence they have is incredible.

All Food and beverage knowledge is in their heads like a computer saved file they can recite to you like a holy book. If that doesn't impress you they are not only a master of food and beverage but they are master of psychology for example my old manager this was 14 years ago he told me make sure before they drink the beer salty nuts is on the table the moment the guest take the first sip of beer.

So I told him why would we give them free nuts that would lower our sales and make the guest not drink more? He said no I am wrong when you eat salty snacks it will make you thirsty so they will order extra one or three more drinks due to the sodium (salt) in the nuts itself the thirstier they are the more they order.

I was young at the time and I was mind blown lol 😂 believe it or not it's common knowledge but I didn't know about it. Well I will share with you more stories of what I learned when I remember of course I do apologize I can't write much these days my hands and foot cramps are really bad due to exhaustion. Also the cold weather is causing it to cramp as well I keep myself warm at home with my heater and blanket sometimes I even use the foot heater massage thing i forgot what it called yeah I've been trying to heal my body lately.

But the tiredness is more than the healing. Well see you all tomorrow good night take care and keep safe.
