Sigh I have some plans to make a good write up today I wanna show you guys how I make my hot chocolate recipe with pictures and videos but my sinus is so bad today I can't even focus on anything
I check on YouTube how to clear up sinus basically the same things that I know of like massages for the face where you open up the sinus area, hot water and use cinnamon to kill the infection bacteria in the nose 👃 I did all of it but nothing works used up all my tissues I'm getting fed up with this sinus problem been to many doctors but nothing helped except gym and sauna.
But well my luck is the gym is closed and that's the only gym with a sauna so now I'm stuck anyway let's do this tomorrow I can't write much headache is coming.
