Wczoraj w nocy była powtórka z poprzedniej nocy, krótko po północy zrobiłem sobie przerwę w pracy na trening. Ponownie zacząłem od przerzucania ciężarów, a skończyłem na orbitreku. To była ostatnia zmianka w marcu, teraz czas na kilka dni przerwy i pierwszy w tym roku dłuższy wyjazd zagraniczny. W kolejnym wpisie pewnie zdradzę, dokąd trafiliśmy.

[ENG] Last night was a repeat of the night before, shortly after midnight I took a break from work to train. Again, I started by flipping weights and finished with the orbiter. That was the last shift for March, now it's time for a few days off and the first longer trip abroad this year. In the next post I'll probably reveal where we ended up.

Wcześniej planowałem, że może w środę uda mi się wyjść na rower, ale Garmin nakazywał odpoczynek i regenerację. W związku z tym skończyło się tylko na popołudniowym spacerze z żoną po okolicy. Nie wiem, czy trasą, którą zrobiliśmy, nie zostanie w przyszłości moją trasą biegową. Byłaby to ciekawa alternatywa dla tradycyjnej pętli wokół osiedla.

[ENG] I had previously planned to maybe get out on the bike on Wednesday, but the Garmin dictated rest and recuperation. As a result, I only ended up taking an afternoon walk with my wife around the neighbourhood. I don't know if the route we did will become my running route in the future. It would be an interesting alternative to the traditional loop around the estate.
