W związku z tym, że wczoraj miałem nocną zmianę, to krótko po północy, w ramach przerwy wybrałem się poćwiczyć. Na początek kilkadziesiąt serii z ciężarami, w sumie podobno przerzuciłem 5760 kg. Raz było łatwiej, a innym razem ciężej, ale najlepsze jest to, że po ćwiczeniach tego typu nie mam już zakwasów. A tak było na początku przygody z hantlami. Kiedy skończyłem z ciężarkami, pół godziny spędziłem jeszcze na orbitreku. Taka dawka adrenaliny dała mi kopa, żeby wytrzymać do samego rana, bez żadnego kryzysu.

[ENG] As I had a night shift yesterday, I went for a workout just after midnight as a break. I started with a few dozen reps with weights, and in total I must have lifted 5760kg. Sometimes it was easier, sometimes it was harder, but the best thing is that I no longer get sore after these exercises. And that was the case at the beginning of the dumbbell adventure. When I was done with the weights, I spent half an hour on the Orbiter. Such a dose of adrenaline gave me the kick I needed to get through the morning without a crisis.

Po odespaniu nocnej zmiany pojechałem do fryzjera, a po powrocie wyszliśmy z żoną z domu. Ona poszła na jej tradycyjną trasę marszową, z tego co mówiła, to próbowała nawet lekkiego joggingu. Może kiedyś wspólnie potruchtamy. Ja natomiast ruszyłem na moją tradycyjną trasę biegową wokół osiedla. Garmin zaproponował spokojny bieg w tempie 6:30 min/km przez 44 minuty. Biegłem trochę szybszym tempem, więc musiałem delikatnie zmodyfikować trasę, żeby skończyć w okolicach domu. Wyszło idealnie, skończyłem około 100 metrów od bloku.

[ENG] After sleeping off the night shift, I went to the hairdresser and when I came back, my wife and I left the house. She went on her traditional marching route, and from what she said, even tried a light jog. Maybe one day we'll go jogging together. I, on the other hand, set off on my traditional run around the estate. The Garmin suggested a leisurely run at 6:30min/km for 44 minutes. I was running at a slightly faster pace, so I had to slightly alter the route to finish around the house. It worked perfectly, I finished about 100 metres from the block.
