Two Walks, One Goal: Keep Moving
Some days, you wake up ready to conquer the world. Other days, the world conquers you before you even find your coffee. Today was the latter. The morning was an absolute trainwreck of emails, deadlines, and an acute caffeine deficiency. The plan was three walks, but let’s be real, I’m not superhuman.
But lunchtime came to the rescue! A solid 5km walk to shake off the work stress and soak in some nature. Then, after clocking out, another 6km to catch the golden-hour glow along the canal. And just like that, 12km done, almost 15k steps in the bank.
Moral of the story? Plans don’t always work out, but movement is movement. Just lace up and get out there. 🌿🚶♂️ #NoExcuses #WalkingLife
