My Actifit Report Card: January 28 2025

Wow, two days in a row. I am on a posting streak, lol.

Today was a longer than usual day for me.
I worked my regular shift at my medical office, which was rather busy again.

This evening I attended a pharmaceutical meeting at a local steak house.
It is a tough job, but someone has to do it.

It was a very interesting lecture about one of the medications that I use frequently in my practice.

By the time I got home, I was pretty well spent.

I did, however, managed to get my minimum 5000 activity in for the day.
