My Actifit Report Card: August 22 2024

Today I was back at work at my medical clinic.
Treating quite a bit of strep and allergies in addition to my primary care patients.

It was a decent day, not overly busy, and no unforseen situations.

I was able to get my minimum 5000 activity in for the day, so that worked well for me.

We always see an upswing in strep and colds as soon as kids get back to school.

And, yes, my work keeps me out of trouble, lol.

My primary care patients are the people whose medical care I manage long-term, as opposed to those whom I treat for illness or injury.
