My Actifit Report Card: August 6 2024

Tuesday was a nice day at my medical clinic.
It was not real busy, just enough to keep the day moving along.

Kids started back to school on Monday which is the primary reason for light day.

However, in the next few weeks we will start to see illness increasing since the kids are back at school, packed into classrooms and sharing germs once again.

At least for now it is quiet, but I did manage to get my minimum 5000 activity in for the day.

It's nice to know.
Well, the kids have to maintain very good hygiene so they won't fall sick 😷.
