My Actifit Report Card: January 18 2024

Today I was back at work at my medical clinic. This was the first time this week that I was at the office.
A winter storm shut down my area so we did what we could working remotely from home doing telehealth visits.
Obviously, working from home decreases my activity count.
So today I was able to get my minimum 5000 activity in for the day.

It's just like that, because of the cold weather, we all have to sit at home and work, and it's snowing in areas, so people can't even go to their offices.

It's good the winter strom has withdrawn and you were able to go to work again. Having your presence in the clinic is far more advantageous than attending to patients through tele health. I wish you the best as you do your job. Have a nice day.
