My Actifit Report Card: November 27 2023
Monday I went back to work at my medical office after having five days off for the Thanksgiving holiday.
It was a very busy day. One of my coworkers called out because her child was sick, so I picked up some of her patients as well as my own.
The good thing is that it made for a very good activity day.

I just checked Fit on my Smartphone and it was one of my better days. 7,464 steps. I took Krimmer a little further on our daily walk. Checking out all the housing development in the neighborhood.
Now Fit records Health Points and I try to get to 20 per day as suggested by WHO but that doesn't happen often. Today, the steps only got me 9 HP

If you are using a FitBit it will sync with Actifit. Then you can start earning on your activity days.
