Walk at noon.
Another day, it seems. Friday snuck in like a ninja with a heavy cold on my doorstep, and right there, I knew I had to go out for a walk today as well. Yeah, I went out for a walk yesterday but didn't publish my report. I had plans to publish the report for today, but fate has always had a mind of its own. A mind that is very actionable.
So, when I woke up today and had a view of the weather, I knew nothing was going to keep me indoors as planned. Though I knew going out earlier may not be possible but noon would work and... It did.
But before that, I had an early start to the day from cooking, doing house chores to getting things set for Christmas. I was going to decorate today but couldn't because I missed something on my list. So, tomorrow, I'd have to get what was missing and hopefully decorate it tomorrow.
Today, however, I am out to my safe haven where silence rules, and that's where I sat writing this post. Well, I had to draft out this post because I know I wouldn't be able to do that when I get back home. I do still have a little work on my plate, so sitting here and writing will help create space to do other things.
I also need to attend a space today since it's Friday(T.G.I.F) and probably leave the space after 2 hours or before that. Lest I forget, I got to know a huge deal about Idi Amin an ex Uganda military president known for his ruthlessness. It was a very fun interesting history lesson for me, and learning about the things he did was just... mind-boggling, I'd have said, but it was more than that. It was inhumane, and I wasn't that shocked but felt intense pity for the 500,000 or so lives that met his tyranny.
Speaking of that, news about 32 children that were stampede on at a funfair in Nigeria was another awful news that filled my news feed for the day. The fact that a lot of people had to go to the funfair for the money showed the level of hunger in the country, which sadly, the country's leaders don't care about. They've been busy writing budgets for themselves instead and filling up their bellies as usual.
Well, it's another day, and I am grateful to be alive. Time seems to be on the run, so I'd have to stop here and make my way back home. Gracias.

Thank you 😊
The news of the stampede is a sad one for the country. The Government should bow their head on shame but I guess they won't.
Very sad. I can't even bear coming online for fear of seeing them. It's just too bad.
Hmm, may God help us
