My Actifit Report Card: October 14 2024
Hi to all my actifiters friends around the worlds, how are you doing today? i am hoping that you are all healthy and fine. I just want to share my activity today. In the last couple days i have been very busy. I dont know why time flew so fast in the couple days. I cannot make the report because i am too tired. And for friday and today i am skipping workout. There are so many duty that i need to finish to make tomorrow will having less work. Mostly it just house duty. So many house chores and cleaning that never ended. And cleaning house is rrally time consuming. And one more. My online store got more traffic in 10th this month. Yeah twin dates. Every online store must be having high traffic because many e-commerce giving discount for store and consumer. That will make store increasing the sales. And for today as i predicted the traffic and the sales are going down significant. But i am still gratefull i can have few sales. At least my store is visible to consumer. Hoping that the consumer that looking at my product can buy my product. After skipping workout in Friday and today, i think i need to repay tomorrow and Wednesday. So i dont have rest day until Saturday. Maybe i will make the reps lower than usual just to maintain my strenght and my muscles. Lately in my social media there are so many content creator especially the health content creator talking about Sarcopenia that means muscles deficiency. Thats why i make up my mind that i dont want to lose my muscles in the future. At least i can maintain my muscles so the chance to get metabollic disease is dropped. I saw many times this quotes that pretty good for parents. "Every parents willingly death to their kid, but so little parents willingly live for their kid" Thats very deep and i realize that i am included here. Thats why i need to drop my ego and making time to workput to maintain my health. I am afraid in the future my health issues can make trouble for my son. At least for now what can i do is preventing with workout. And the good news is workout can release dophamine and serotonine hormone that reducing stress in my body. Even tough everyday i feel soreness in my body. But it refrrshing and addicting. If you are never workput, k think you need to try it. It really addicted. Almost same with alcohol addiction or smoke addiction.
