My Actifit Report Card: July 9 2023
Hellow to all my actifiters friends how are you today? I am hoping that you are all healthy and safe,today i want to share about my activity.
Because it is sunday usually i am going to walk to mall and bring my son to mall to play around and take a walk and to holding my son about gadget. So he is more playfull in real life than in gadgets and youtube, before that in the morning i am jogging a little bit to regain my stamina and walking too to make my lungs and heart healthy. After that i am doing some house chores like usual sweeping takeing out the trash and cleaning up my workplace. Then i am going with my wife and son to cut his hair also i cut my own hair to in barbershop
After that i am going to mall that near to my house. And in the mall they have some event. Natural event so they bringin some of animal in the parking zone of the mall but yeah,the entry tickets is so expensive so i am not entering just my wife and my son entering it. I am waiting them outside but before that i am taking picture
After satisfied with looking some animal called mini zoo we decided to eat in the mall and take a walk inside mall and spending time in there until 7 p.m then we decided to going home. And yeah after that i am just taking rest. And waiting until sleepy and then going to sleep to regain my power.preparing the monday.
