This is my report for yesterday 19 April 2025.

I did my meditation on morning when I waked up.

This Saturday no class at all as it is a Holiday. I walked Evie in the morning, at noon and evening. I did good blogging.

At noon we got to the dog’s park over Admiralty. Evie had a good playing time in the park together with her friend Mabel. She expended the night with Evie. Later, coming back Mabel to her home. Evie refused to walk and took a look if Mabel and Joyce were coming.

At evening we walked around the nearby park again.

About my steps; I arrived to do more than 11K steps.

In our way to the park there is an exhibition art, they call it Water dancing.
