I hope you are doing well and having a great day! We are already passing halfweek

This is my report for yesterday 20-March-2025.

This Thursday began my morning with meditation, and later i discovered a video guide in Spanish, so i did another 5 minutes meditation before noon. It made me realise my breath is different when not focusing on it, and also it’s different over my buddy. I did a post about.
I did some banking, painful payments of loans that are getting heavy as my income is lower than last two years.

We had a sunny day, afternoon we attended the Flowers 🌷 Festival, which was with lots of art decorations all with flowers.

About my steps, I have managed to do +14K steps.
