My Actifit Report Card: April 12 2025

Hello my friends. I’m sorry I have not posted in so long. My life had a crazy turn of events and I had to move. I was not feeling well for awhile but I’m on the mend now.

I hope all of you are well and happy.

I walked a lot of steps today and I really felt it. This is good though because the exercise will strengthen my heart muscles and all my other muscles.

I saw some beautiful birch trees with moss.

The saw some gorgeous spring flowers too.

Thank you so much @hivebuzz and I’m back to post weekly again. I was homeless for 2 weeks and it was hard on my health. I’m very grateful and happy to feeling able to do my exercise walks in nature again 🤩🤩
