Interval Running!

My 6 km run today was again all about intervals!
8 x 150 m speed race alternating with 8 x 100 m easy stride!
Before that I did a warm up and after the intervals a cool down.
The average pace of the 8 x 150 m was 5:30 min./km.
The maximum pace at one interval was 4:49 min./km.
The interval running is more and more fun for me! But it is also very exhausting!
Bei meinem 6 km Lauf ging es heute wieder mal um Intervalle!
8 x 150 m Tempo Rennen im Wechsel mit 8 x 100 m leichtes Traben!
Davor ein Warmup und danach ein Cooldown.
Das durchschnittliche Tempo der 8 x 150 m lag bei 5:30 Min./km.
Der Höchstwert bei einem Intervall lag bei 4:49 Min./km.
Das Intervall Laufen macht mir mehr und mehr Spaß! Es ist aber auch enorm anstrengend!
