Punch and Front Kick Combination
In your martial art training, you can practice different combinations. It enhances your skills to keep fighting. First, you can practice on your own. This is a basic combination.
You can do one-two punch and then a front kick. Complete punch with both hands and follow-up with a front kick. When you usually punch, your opponent will parry to defend that. And then you can penetrate his defense doing a front kick.
If you are good at practicing, you can ask your training partner and keep practicing with him. You should practice it with both stances. That is left fighting stance and right fighting stance.
You and your partner can wear safety equipment when you practice. Be careful not to hurt your partner.
In a fight for self defense, if the attacker moves back as a defense against punches, you can hit him with a front kick. It is because when he/she moves back, he/she will be in a kicking range and a perfect opportunity to hit with a front kick.
Spend some time to practice this with your training partner. And always have eye contact while practicing.
